Hoya Vittelinoides

Hoya vitellinoides is a plant known for its beautiful leaf markings, which become huge. It is a native of Borneo. Vitellinoides means resembling vitellinus which in Latin means yellow egg yolk. It produces pale yellow flowers and off-white corona , darker yellow at times like the yolk.
The leaves can reach 8″ in length. I love the dark green vein pattern on the light green leaves; Vitellinoides it is actually an early bloomer and the flowers have a pleasant mild fragrance.
